Writing - E-book Resell Rights versus Writing Your Own
Posted by Carlo Bauer | Filed under Writing & Speaking
In today’s society, there have been most people who have been seeking to have income any precede which they can. In most cases, these people have been seeking for opportunities which concede them to work during their own gait or be their own boss. If we have been a single of those people afterwards it is probable which we might have suspicion about formulating as good as offered e-books.
The recognition of e-books has fast increasing over a past couple of years now. Most readers have been not usually anticipating it available to squeeze them, though cheaper. In most cases, e-books have been simply to review upon a computer, though they can additionally be printed off. Since some-more as good as some-more consumers have been meddlesome in purchasing e-books, there have been some-more people who have been seeking to have income off of them. If we have been equates to do this, we might find success; however, which success will not come though tough work.
If you have never created an e-book before, it is difficult to understand exactly how much hard work it entails. To be worth the buy, most e-books are at least one hundred pages long; however, some are longer. If you are interested in creating an e-book, it may take months for you to finish the book. In addition to hard work, you must also have writing experience and knowledge on the topic that you are writing about. This knowledge and experience isn’t necessarily necessary; however, it is important to the success of your e-book. It is a fact that customers do not and will not purchase poor calibre work.
In addition to writing a quality e-book, you will also have to find ways to sell it. Together, the two could take a large amount of time. For many individuals, this is a major turn off; however, there are alternatives. If you are interested in selling e-books, to make a profit, you do not necessarily have to create your own. Instead you can obtain the private label resell rights to another e-book. Obtaining the resell rights to an e-book will allow you, in many cases, to assume to the work as your own, edit the content, and pocket the money from each sale of the book.
The biggest downside to obtaining the resell rights to an e-book is the amount of money that you will have to spend. Depending on who you do business with, the cost of acquiring private adjudge resell rights may be evenhandedly expensive. Since most freelance writers spend a large amount of time creating their e-books, as previously mentioned, they may want to appropriately be compensated. The cost of resell rights to an e-book may be considered a disadvantage to this unique business opportunity, but it can also be considered an advantage. E-book authors that charge more for their work typically have produced better content; better content is easier to sell.
Whether you make the decision to develop your own e-book or purchase the resell rights to someone else’s, you will still have to find a way to market the e-book to the general public. This, depending on what approach you take, can take time. That is why many individuals prefer purchasing the resell rights to an e-book that has already been created. This allows them to spend more time on marketing, which will in turn create sales.
If we have been uncertain as to either or not we should emanate your own e-book or acquire a resell rights to another, we have been not alone. There have been a series of alternative people wondering a same thing. In isolation tag resell rights have been an extraordinary commercial operation event for some, though not for all. All online commercial operation opportunities take time to find success. If we have a monetary resources indispensable to acquire a resell rights to a good created e-book, we have been speedy to give this event a shot. We have been not upon trial results, though we might be astounded with what we find.
If you try obtaining the resell rights to an e-book and the experience is not what you had in mind you can begin to create your own e-books or move onto another business opportunity. Unlike many other business ventures, private label resell rights allow you to get out when you want. After you have paid for the resell rights to an e-book, it is yours to do with. This means that you can stop at anytime and move on to something else, if you desire.

How to Write an Informative Restaurant Review
Posted by Adriana Noton | Filed under Writing & Speaking
Writing a restaurant review is a fun way to share your thoughts and impressions about your dining experience. To write an informative review, you need to have knowledge about what key points you should include in your review. Not only is properly describing the food important, but you must have an understanding about the details of the restaurant. Once you have knowledge of the essential points to include, you then can present a well structured and organized restaurant review.
The following are a number of helpful tips to help you write a restaurant review:
1. Before you write a restaurant review, it is important to know how to structure the review. Make sure you are very descriptive and detailed. It is a personal review so emphasize your own writing style. Write complete sentences and use plenty of descriptive words and phrases. Write it in chronological order that includes from the moment you enter the restaurant to when you pay the bill and leave. Describe the restaurant in the present tense and in the second person. Using your own personality will help make the review unique.
2. Pick a restaurant you want to review. For example, you might choose Restaurants in Montreal. Or it might not even be a restaurant - it could be a cafe shop in Montreal. You want to make sure that there will be food that you like. When you enter the dining establishment, note such details as the interior appearance that includes the arrangement of tables, furnishings, decorations, colors, lighting, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Make sure you check out the condition of the bathrooms. As well, make a note of the friendliest of the staff, how long you have to wait to be seated and its location, and if the hostess asks if you would like a beverage. When you are seated, make a note of the atmosphere of the restaurant. Is it friendly, extremely busy and loud, or relaxing?
3. Once you receive a menu, note the variety of meal choices, prices, any unique dishes, and if there are any healthy meal options. You should have an appetizer, entre, and dessert to get the full dining experience. When you receive the meal, note if the food is cooked properly. Does it have a distinctive taste such as spicy or sweet? What is the portion size? When you make your meal selection, make sure it something you normally enjoy eating, As well, note how you are treated by the servers. Are they friendly, well dressed, courteous, knowledgeable about the food and specials, and attentive? Make a note of the meal’s presentation, taste, smell, and if it is hot or cold. Make sure that you use descriptive and creative words. Suggest who may enjoy the food such as families or people who enjoy fine dining dishes. As well, note how long it takes to receive your bill.
When making your recommendation, make sure you have made a note of anything you disliked about the restaurant and the total cost of the meal and if you received good value for your money. When ending the review, make a statement about whether or not you would return. Writing a restaurant is more than just reviewing the food. By understanding the key elements that should be included in the review, you will have a fun restaurant review experience and hopefully provide valuable consumer information.

How an Internet Newbie Got 33,000 Free Visitors Within 2 Months - Article Marketing Secrets
Posted by Veronica Carrillo | Filed under Writing & Speaking
Article marketing is one of the most effective methods in promoting your products and services in the internet. It is more economical, convenient, and has a wider customer scope compared to conventional ones such as newspaper ads and pamphlets. However, it is not enough to just write advertisements just like any article. Be creative in doing it so that it will attract online viewers and lead them to eventually purchase what you are promoting to them.
I’m going to show you how to create prospect pulling descriptions that compel the prospective reader to dive into your article. And in just a minute I’m going to show you how to repurpose your description to drive an enormous amount of traffic to your articles. But first I’m going to give you a works-every-time formula for the description of your article.
You should establish your own website. This is where you will post your article regarding your personal product or services as well as those of your affiliates. You can hire a search optimization engine professional to develop your site, keep it organized, and make it easy for online viewers to navigate. Keep your content fully updated and you should install the latest security features such as antivirus software to avoid being victimized by unscrupulous persons.
Correspond with your prospective customers. People who find your online article interesting will typically ask more information about the product or service that you are offering them. Set up connections with social networking sites where you can communicate with prospects though blogs and e-mail links.
Use questions to trigger the interest of your prospects. Provide information on how your product or service can address your prospective customers’ needs by asking brief questions. Inquiries about the same can help online viewers in determining what they exactly want. One of the best strategies is to post short advertisements in form of questions that prospects will likely answer.
Make your article professional looking yet interesting to read. Since your article is a form of online advertisement, avoid making it too formal. Use adjectives and other expressive words that will persuade your prospects to ask for more information regarding your products or services. Place yourself in your online viewers’ shoes to find out if your article is interesting to read.

Get Investment Dollars Fast and Easy from Angels and VC’s
Posted by James Scott | Filed under Writing & Speaking
Structuring your company should spearhead your capital raising initiative. Make sure that your corporate layout is conducive to creating and retaining investor and venture capitalist attention. You should have a solid and elite executive team composed of the best of the best that your industry has to offer and if you can’t attract those in the upper echelon of your business genre, you need to take an active approach to branding them as experts using on and offline PR campaigns labeling yourselves as industry experts who are innovating industry changing solutions. Create a stir, be controversial (but not offensive) and be ready to back up your stir with empirical evidence of your knowledge and success. You should have an advisory board and board of directors composed of industry specialists. Each individual should represent a forte that makes investors start to salivate when they are reading the bio section of your business plan. They should be able to contribute with contract negotiation, strong alliance introduction capabilities and more. When choosing professionals to fill the void of advisor and director positions you should think in terms of corporate ‘growth’ and ’stabilization’.
Next you want to make sure that your entity is prepared to receive debt and/or equity capital. You’ll need a solid business plan, don’t write it yourself, you’ll only hinder your ability to raise capital. Call a professional to write your strategic business plan. Next you’ll need a way to distribute equity or debt shares, a Private Placement Memorandum is the most common mechanism for helping companies raise capital quickly and easily while staying within the regulation guidelines of the SEC. Your PPM must be written by a professional to deliver the ultimate protection for your company while simultaneously spelling out the technical intricacies of your business to the investor.
Now that your company is structured properly, you have a business plan and a PPM, you are ready to start raising capital. Your first call should be to a corporate turnaround consultant with an arsenal of global funding contacts composed of all the necessary contacts such as: venture capital firms, private equity firms, angel investors, private investors, accredited investors, structured finance firms and so on. This turnaround consultant, if they are part of an established firm (always use a small boutique firm if you can find one, they are much more affective and one on one than the larger firms and tend to get the job done quicker without the headaches) they will have a service call and ‘Investor Finder’ service. They will reach into their gargantuan bag of contacts and give you so many funding options your head will spin, thus, making your fund raising efforts fast and painless.
Now that you achieved your first round of fund raising it’s time to get serious. Yes! It’s time to take your company public. Stay away from Pink Sheets and Reverse Mergers, you’ll only regret it. If you are a smaller business or a startup, your best bet is the OTCBB. Go back to your turnaround consultant and have them start putting you through the sec audit, sec registration, FINRA registration and Market Maker joint venture and S1 filing. They should be able to handle the entire ‘going public’ process for you and in 4 to 7 months, you’re public and trading.
Be sure to take advantage of the multitude of strategies to capitalize off of your securities. Remember there are many ways to capitalize off of your shares, selling shares through your market maker, continuously engaging in heavy PR to stabilize and enhance your stock price and another way that many entrepreneurs don’t consider as an option when raising capital, the almighty hedge lender will can lend your company money against your collateralized securities. Yes! Use your stock as security for financing. After you pay off the loan, line of credit or lease you get those shares back (be sure that your lawyer audits your contract with the lender to keep away from any convertible stock clauses). So now you are raising capital by selling stock as well as the ‘on demand’ loan or loc concept of security backed lending.
Congratulations! You’ve just completed ‘Real’ corporate finance 101! Now get out there, put your company together and start raising the capital you need.

All You Need to Know - Peace Essay
Posted by Veronica Carrillo | Filed under Writing & Speaking
Books have always existed as a medium of transferring information for hundreds of years. Even with the high adaptability of internet, books are still known as the best source to acquire reliable and accurate information.
Writing a book also gives credibility to the author and positions him or her as an expert in their field. Many people dream of writing their own book, but always procrastinate because it appears to be a daunting task. Here is a 3 step plan that you can start immediately to write your own book.
My confession continues: Before the queries went into the round file, my staff and I engaged in an end-of-the-week ritual of query reading-a time of great mirth. We’d read aloud horribly off-the-mark queries, way worse than what I characterized above, and laugh till we were in tears. We’d shake our heads in wonder at all the typos, misspelled words, and ideas grossly unsuitable for Leisureguide, not to mention the crazy shopping-list pitches like the second one above.
Using LSI Keywords Properly Basically Latent Semantic Indexing concept is about using synonyms of the main keyword to provide greater visibility and variety to the content matter on the site. The rich variation in the content style gives it a broader and unique outlook, which is what the engine spider is always looking for to index and give it a higher page ranking. The use of related keywords or phrases gives the content, the increased opportunity to be accessed by more visitors.
Then discipline yourself to write some content, whether you feel like it or not. After few days, you will get the momentum going and soon you will start enjoying this process. Without the right plans and schedules, you will get distracted by various temptations that come to you everyday.
You have to do your own research. Find out on your own whom to contact and what they’re looking for. And please, please — have a look at the mag or site before you pitch.

Belief
Posted by Dr. Jay Polmar | Filed under Writing & Speaking
Beliefs determine how we see, interact and feel the world around us. Beliefs are ideas that are formed after repetition and contemplation that are accepted as truth and reality and therefore impact how we see life.
Belief and knowledge are often in conflict. The difference might be subtle, but significant. Knowledge is something that you and others, who might be considered experts in that field, consider to be true and there is reasonable, plausible, and provable scientific explanation for that wisdom.
A belief on the other hand is founded on personal experience or faith.
To many people require you to accept their belief based on blind faith. Belief is not a fact and therefore usually not provable beyond a shadow of a down.
Remember, its wasnt long ago that people believed the world is flat, and that we thought women were witches, hunted them down, and then burned them.
Welcome to belief, which is based on superstitions, or blindness.
Ignorant humans who once believed that the Earth was the center of the universe, and that it was flat. Really demonstrated that what really was FLAT was the human ability to think outside the box and perceive something that others could not observe.
When scientists discovered great things, hundreds of years ago, they were imprisoned, tortured and murdered. The Catholic Church did not want people to see clearly, and therefore stopped the voices of these researchers.
Actually, during that time in history it was thought to be common knowledge that these ancient flat world beliefs were true. Even though humankind was sincere in its ignorant beliefs, those beliefs were false and by not believing as the others told you to, you were subject to arrest, imprisonment, and torture which often lead to death.
Times have changed. Today, things that you believe have changed, and you may believe in something so firmly that you count it as knowledge. When, in fact, there may be considerable evidence from the past experience that a particular belief is a truth,” its only truth for you from your personal experience. Just because you believe it is true, does not make it true. Although it might become a truth for you personally, by believing it you are limiting yourself by holding on to self-limiting beliefs.
The trick is to pull back the veneer and see the real truth. That is one that is universal and does not need to be believed, it just is. These are referred to as universal truths. They exist and work beyond our own self-limiting beliefs. They shape and work through the universe and in our lives.
Gravity is a truth. Believe in it or not” its still a real truth. If you drop something it will fall to the ground. If you trip, and fall, you could hurt your butt. You can only fall DOWN you’ll never fall up.
Now this is only a truth that exists here on Earth under normal circumstances. There are other forces that can resist this law such as a strong wind. You may have been programmed since childhood to conceive things that you thought to be true ” but, once you realized that they were not true, you may have wondered why you wasted time and energy believing in them at all.
Take the case of Santa Claus. You thought that he was real. You believed that by some mystical miracle he went around the world in one night and brought presents to every well-behaved child. You may have further believed that he ate the burnt cookies you left for him and he drank that horrible lactose free milk. You believe that it was all related to your doing good things and not bad things, and that Santa was well, almost like God!
There was potent evidence to your faith:
Your parents told you he was real. (You trusted your parents without question)
The cookies were eaten and the milk glass was empty. Also the crumbs disappeared.
There were gifts under the Christmas tree in the morning.
You saw Santa at the mall, and you had a picture of Santa to prove it.
Your friends believed in him also.
All of this evidence pointed toward knowledge, you just knew he existed. It pointed to a truth in that not only did you know he existed, everyone around you knew also. This belief as you found out was not true. It had shaped your view of the world as a child and still may have a lingering impact on your current belief system.
The point is that there are other things that you may think are true, but are not. You have been told things all your life for a variety of reasons: to make you feel better, to be funny, to hurt you, because other people believed it was true, and for other noble and not so noble reasons. You made the choice whether to believe what was being told you. You weighed this information and decided whether it fit or not into your already existing belief system. You either rejected the idea straight out, accepted it as part of what you already believed, or it changed your belief system.
Beliefs are very powerful, and they do shape our reality. If you believe in something strong enough, it becomes real in your life. There is a universal law that states that likes attract like. If you believe in something strong enough it not only becomes your reality, it attracts similar things to your life.
Suppose you believe you are clumsy. Your parents said you were clumsy, your coach as school did and so did your friends. They told you that you were an accident waiting to happen. You thought this to be true. Your whole life you tripped over your shadow. Not only did you believe this, but you also created that reality and circumstances of being clumsy.
Examine your beliefs and draw back the veil. Well, Ill be. They seem to have repeatedly hypnotized me to trip myself up — all my life” well, Ill be! And, then” you dont have to be! Its all your belief.

What You Will Need When You Write Fantasy Novels
Posted by Trevor Johnson | Filed under Writing & Speaking
You will need several things to get started when you write fantasy novels. You should have an idea first of all. This can be a little harder than you might think. You want it to be workable. But if you want people to read your story it should be interesting as well.
A logical idea will make your story workable. Rules and limitations are needed. You will have to explain how your world may work. If you are writing about supernatural beings then explain what limits they may have. When writing about magical beings the reader will need to know how these things could work.
You will need to make an outline before you start writing. All an outline is, is just your idea put down on paper. The main character, location, and the main points in the story will need to be included in your outline. Make sure to write down any and all details for your fantasy world.
The main character of your story will need to be decided. When deciding on a protagonist (main character) you have to pick a gender. Some people would rather write a character of the same sex they are. That may not always work if your story line calls for the opposite gender. Next is the age, occupation, and background of your protagonist.
It can be hard to make a person from scratch that is why the main character can be the hardest in the book to come up with. Your main character will need physical traits and a personality. When giving your character their physical traits make sure to include height, weight, eye color and hair color. Do not put the traits in all at once because it will sound like a list. Slowly add them to the story.
You will need to establish a personality for you main character. Is the character shy, quite, outgoing, loud, arrogant, sensitive, smart, friendly, or even mean or evil. Your characters personality will determine their actions and reactions later in the story.
