Once you have finished the jogging and walking its time to do one or two abs crunches to aid in building the muscle in our body. This can simply be done at any gym, or right in your house. I suggest that you lay down on a mat to give your back more support and comfort. For starters doing 3 sets of twenty AB crunches is ideal we don’t need to kill ourselves. When you did that for a couple of days work your way all the way up to 3 sets of 50.

So this is the plan that I have put together to get rock solid abs, and I’ve been using this system for two months now, and I now can look in the mirror and see my abs like I mostly wanted. This is straightforward to do for anybody, and it works!

Drink more water and watch the soda, because the last thing you want dragging you down is a few extra pounds on the big day.

Rest Well

Take the day before the test off of serious workout, since you don’t want to be sore and tired for the test. Make sure you get a full eight hours, and have an energy drink or whatever you use to pep up about an hour or so before the test. You need to be well rested, well hydrated, and hopefully, you had a good breakfast to give you the energy for the test.

Practice, Practice, Practice

Obviously, keeping your body in shape is important, but if you don’t know every kata back to front, if you can’t snap into each one on cue, you may as well be doing Jazzercise, because all you’re getting out of Karate is a trim figure.
