Gay Trip Packages To Ireland

Ireland has been good for gay vacations at least since the time of Oscar Wilde, although in those days it was not necessarily a friendly country for the LGBT community. Like Wilde, many people were jailed or sent away for hard labor for what was legally termed “indecency” and, until 1861, acts of sodomy were even punishable by death, but Ireland has come a long way since these dark days, decriminalizing same-sex sexual behavior in 1993 and legalizing civil unions in 2009.

While these significant legal strides might not mean that every village - or even every larger city - is ready to fully embrace same-sex relationships, Ireland has become a rather welcoming country for the most part and is a wonderful choice for gay travel. Many larger cities, such as Galway, Dublin, Cork and Waterford, have active, visible communities, LGBT-owned and LGBT-friendly establishments, and enough attractions and activities to fill an entire trip; however, whether you travel to Ireland solo or with organized gay tours, you will not want to miss the beautiful Irish countryside or the quaint, small villages that are scattered about the landscape or overlooking awe-inspiring coastal cliffs.

There are now many Irish cities that have LGBT organizations, popular hangouts, annual celebrations and a thriving community, but Dublin remains the unquestionable center of Irish LGBT life, making it an absolute must-see during gay travel to Ireland. The nightlife in Dublin is an interesting blend of upscale clubs with dress codes and a casual LGBT pub scene, which allows those on gay vacations to Ireland to experience different aspects of LGBT life in Dublin. Depending on when you arrive, you may also have the opportunity to take part in one of Dublin’s annual community events, including the Dublin Lesbian and Gay Film Festival in July, Dublin International LGBTQ Pride in June, and the popular Dublin Gay Theatre Festival, which takes place each May.

There is always something going on in Dublin, on either a small or large scale, so it is a good idea to pick up a copy of GNC, Ireland’s main community magazine, when you arrive in town. There are many must-see attractions when partaking in gay travel in Dublin, including the Guinness Storehouse, the Old Jameson Distillery, the Hugh Lane Gallery, the Book of Kells, the Oscar Wilde House Museum and Dublin’s quintessential LGBT bar, The George.

Folks planning gay tours should consider partaking in group gay tours to ensure that they do not miss out on the plethora of historical, cultural and natural attractions that this intriguing, romantic nation has to offer.

En-Lightening Experience, 1977

I met Jay in June 1977 when he came to our home to meet my husband, a well known certified hypnotherapist. Jay was hoping to be able to study under him. As an astrologer, I asked him for his date, time and place of birth so I could do his chart. After about a minute I made a startling discovery and returned to tell him what I had found. I guess Jay found this a little strange but I said to him, Something special is going to happen to you soon. You will be guided there and this experience will change your life and someone you know will be there to observe.

Eventually, Jay met my husband and they worked together for some time. Jay had some blood pressure and stress issues so they did three hypnosis sessions together to sort the problem. Later on, they started to study together and Lee gave Jay perhaps seven to ten books per week to read; ever expanding Jays mind on cultures and beliefs, mind sciences and cult influences, and much more. He also recommended classes; the Loving Relationship Training by Sondra Lee and a series by Theta Seminars on Metaphysics.

Jay began to attend a class called Spiritual Psychology taught by a husband and wife team from Missouri. They had been into natural healing, natural childbirth with doctors and absolutely unique notions for a period in time.

Most of Jays friends thought he was crazy to be attending classes like that on weekends when he could have been water skiing, boating, enjoying life, playing with women at bars, or just getting drunk like some of his clients. But, Jay was happy with studying Metaphysics and Healing.

It was at the second Theta Seminar that the special event occurred. It was August 1977 and Jay was in the classroom which was in a loft on 22nd Street in New York City. In the class, they had discussed the cycles of birth and death and its influence on the soul. They did some breathing, meditation and thinking about their own birth.

Jay remembered that his was traumatic, as his mother had gone into a coma and he was born two months premature. Then, he suddenly realized that he was meant to be born early; his weight was already 8 lbs. 15 ounces and his mother was too tiny at 411 to handle the Big Guy coming into the world.

He was able to forgive himself for wearing out his mother at birth with his size and weight. He forgave his mother for falling unconscious at his birth and missing his first two weeks of life on Earth. What an experience it was for him. Feeling the forgive-ness made Jay feel lighter.

The next part of the class was the chanting and rocking session. Jay, still feeling that lightness as the group of six in his team began elevating and rocking him to music and chants. One at a time, the team was lifting each person up and then rocking the fully elevated person before slowly returning them to the ground.

Back then Jay weighed 280 pounds and there they were, trying to get him up in the air. He felt as light as a feather, totally relaxed as he was rocked back and forth. During the session the window was open and suddenly a strange cool-damp breeze came through into the room, exactly where they were rocking Jay. A bolt of what appeared to be lightning hit Jay at the top of his head. The group pulled their hands away and he floated back down to the ground.

Then Jay slowly opened his eyes and touched the top of his head. It felt warm. As he sat up, he was surprised to see me standing over him, looking at him. He remembered what I had said to him when we first met, And someone you know will be there to observe. Jay closed his eyes and his head was filled with ideas and formulas and concepts and the words just know that you know.

Then since that moment, he knew the past, present and the future. He foresaw floods, tornados, the economic crisis of 2007- on … he was frightened, but understood. He knew about others just by looking at their faces, their eyes or from their handwriting. And there is so much more that he knew he would come know.

The question for Jay in all of this is, if there is so much that he knows, then how can he use it to help everyone throughout the rest of his life?

Benefits Of Gay Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise, a discipline, and a lifestyle. It has its roots in Vedic India and is actually a school of seven different disciplines for training one’s mind and body to be as pure as possible. In India there are still practitioners of all forms of yoga, but in the West the most popular style of yoga is based on physical poses, or flowing yoga. This yoga is used primarily for fitness purposes, but until like other forms of exercise it also concentrates on mental relaxation and is a low-impact exercise that is good for people of all ages and physical levels. On that note, yoga is also a very personal form of exercise even though it most often done in group classes. Because of this, many efforts have been made to make yoga classes feel as comfortable as possible. For instance, classes might be geared toward people of a similar community such as yoga for women, prenatal yoga, or even gay yoga classes.

Since you need to feel comfortable and relaxed in order to get the full benefit of yoga, besides tailoring classes to certain demographics of people, the entire structure of the yoga studio and class is geared toward a soothing atmosphere.

A good instructor will have a tone that is both encouraging and soothing. This means that you should push yourself has hard as your body lets you, but not feel tension if you can’t immediately accomplish full-blown poses. Being surrounded by people who are at your same physical level also helps to make you feel comfortable.

They should have both a firm but comforting tone that challenges you to work your hardest but doesn’t make you feel bad if you aren’t as advanced as the other students. Of course, being with students who share your physical level or interests is also important.

The structure of a yoga class is also designed to reduce your stress level. When you first start you will engage in breathing exercises should help you to clear your mind.

If you are doing a Pilates combination class, you will do those exercises toward the tail end of the classes when you are fully warm and ready to push yourself up to the next level.

Just when you think you can’t work anymore, you will be given a chance to some simple cool down moves and mediation exercises before leaving the class.

Since the whole point of yoga is to calm your mind and reduce stress through physical work, the entire yoga experience should be comfortable for you. This is why the atmosphere of the class is almost just as important as the exercises themselves. If you don’t feel safe enough to try new things you won’t get the full benefit of the yoga experience. Therefore, the rise of specialized yoga classes, such as gay yoga, should not be surprising.

Conscious Gay Holidays

Vacations are something that everyone takes in order to get themselves out of the hustle and bustle of the real world for a little bit of relaxation and rejuvenation. This time away is very important to both our physical and mental health. There are many different types of vacations that one can take in order to fill these needs.

You could take a vacation with just your immediate family or you could do typical group tours. But, you can also venture out into the world of vacationing with a group of people that have faced similar life challenges. For gay people, gay spirituality travel is a great option.

Being gay, we all have at least one thing in common. Vacationing with others that have had similar experiences in life can add to our time away. This commonality helps to form bonds within the group.

New acquaintances become fast friends and people with whom we find we can share things. This helps to make gay vacations a unique and wonderful experience. We know we are understood by those around us, at least on some level.

Being understood allows us to open up, relax more and let our guard down. This vulnerability lets more of the vacation into our hearts and minds. The more we feel the vacation, the more we recover from the strains of life at home.

A vacation with men and women that also share our intentions for the vacation deepens our sense of recovery. Spiritually connecting to the world around us and to ourselves is one shared intention. Now we share two important things, being gay and a desire to grow spiritually.

Gay vacations that include an exploration of the world and also an exploration of ourselves, can be very powerful. With the support of the others in the group we are able to let our walls down even further and live a freer life. And that’s why we took a vacation in the first place, to be freer of life’s responsibilities.

Psychic Reading - The 7 Questions You Should Ask

A psychic reading offers so many benefits for you. You can find answers to your questions, receive advice about a pressing issue, or be aware of what you need protection from, among other things. Basically, you are given an opportunity to prepare for the future and have a better idea of what it holds. A psychic reading lights the way for you.

Now, the future encompasses several areas of your life. When you ask about your future in a psychic reading, the answer does not only cover one aspect of your life. Each area of your life is intertwined with another, and it is best when you know your current direction in each of these.

It is strongly advised that you prepare for your psychic reading by writing down questions, so that you don’t forget them. Here are some areas you can specifically ask about regarding your future in a psychic reading.

Home Life

You can learn about the relationship you have with your family and how their relationship with one another can affect yours. Find out in a psychic reading who might need your help the most. Know which member is the best person to talk to at specific times.

Possessions

This is about things under your possession, including those which are good for you and those which are doing you more bad than good. A psychic reading will give you guidance on which are worth keeping and which should be disposed of. You will also be advised on which items to take extra care of.

Love

Both romantic partnerships and friendships fall under the area of love, so you can ask questions about the future of all existing relationships during a psychic reading. Be prepared for challenges you are likely to encounter. Get to know how certain relationships may evolve and when new ones are likely to come.

Protection

Find out from a psychic reading what sort of challenges are likely to come by and how you can best protect yourself so that you do not fail. It is best if you are aware too in case anyone wants to deliberately cause you not to succeed.

Wealth

Ensure your security in terms of finances and career. Find guidance from a psychic reading on how to handle money matters and work-related decisions. Knowing how your financial future looks will give you very useful insights on how to deal with current financial and career concerns.

Gifts

Gifts refer to your innate gifts. These can be your psychic ability, your artistic talents, or interpersonal skills. Find out how much more capable you are than you think. Discover your talents’ benefits and when the best time is to hone them.

An Ending Or New Beginning

An end always signifies the start of something else. Know and prepare for any endings that may manifest in your life - the end of a certain phase, of a long process, or the end of an issue which has been holding you back. Find out from a psychic reading when beginnings from such endings can be expected and how you can best deal with them.

Use these suggestions to guide you on what you can ask and to organize your thoughts. Also, keep in mind that your future is not unchangeable. What you hear in a psychic reading tells you where your current path is leading you and how it will manifest in your future; you are free to pursue it or change it.

Consider the areas listed above as your checklist of what you might want to ask in a psychic reading. They will also give you a better picture of which areas are very closely affecting each other, and which need to be prioritized. These serve as your clues to asking the right questions. The answers you will get will be the light that will guide you as you move forward in your journey.

Belief

Beliefs determine how we see, interact and feel the world around us. Beliefs are ideas that are formed after repetition and contemplation that are accepted as truth and reality and therefore impact how we see life.

Belief and knowledge are often in conflict. The difference might be subtle, but significant. Knowledge is something that you and others, who might be considered experts in that field, consider to be true and there is reasonable, plausible, and provable scientific explanation for that wisdom.

A belief on the other hand is founded on personal experience or faith.

To many people require you to accept their belief based on blind faith. Belief is not a fact and therefore usually not provable beyond a shadow of a down.

Remember, its wasnt long ago that people believed the world is flat, and that we thought women were witches, hunted them down, and then burned them.

Welcome to belief, which is based on superstitions, or blindness.

Ignorant humans who once believed that the Earth was the center of the universe, and that it was flat. Really demonstrated that what really was FLAT was the human ability to think outside the box and perceive something that others could not observe.

When scientists discovered great things, hundreds of years ago, they were imprisoned, tortured and murdered. The Catholic Church did not want people to see clearly, and therefore stopped the voices of these researchers.

Actually, during that time in history it was thought to be common knowledge that these ancient flat world beliefs were true. Even though humankind was sincere in its ignorant beliefs, those beliefs were false and by not believing as the others told you to, you were subject to arrest, imprisonment, and torture which often lead to death.

Times have changed. Today, things that you believe have changed, and you may believe in something so firmly that you count it as knowledge. When, in fact, there may be considerable evidence from the past experience that a particular belief is a truth,” its only truth for you from your personal experience. Just because you believe it is true, does not make it true. Although it might become a truth for you personally, by believing it you are limiting yourself by holding on to self-limiting beliefs.

The trick is to pull back the veneer and see the real truth. That is one that is universal and does not need to be believed, it just is. These are referred to as universal truths. They exist and work beyond our own self-limiting beliefs. They shape and work through the universe and in our lives.

Gravity is a truth. Believe in it or not” its still a real truth. If you drop something it will fall to the ground. If you trip, and fall, you could hurt your butt. You can only fall DOWN you’ll never fall up.

Now this is only a truth that exists here on Earth under normal circumstances. There are other forces that can resist this law such as a strong wind. You may have been programmed since childhood to conceive things that you thought to be true ” but, once you realized that they were not true, you may have wondered why you wasted time and energy believing in them at all.

Take the case of Santa Claus. You thought that he was real. You believed that by some mystical miracle he went around the world in one night and brought presents to every well-behaved child. You may have further believed that he ate the burnt cookies you left for him and he drank that horrible lactose free milk. You believe that it was all related to your doing good things and not bad things, and that Santa was well, almost like God!

There was potent evidence to your faith:

Your parents told you he was real. (You trusted your parents without question)

The cookies were eaten and the milk glass was empty. Also the crumbs disappeared.

There were gifts under the Christmas tree in the morning.

You saw Santa at the mall, and you had a picture of Santa to prove it.

Your friends believed in him also.

All of this evidence pointed toward knowledge, you just knew he existed. It pointed to a truth in that not only did you know he existed, everyone around you knew also. This belief as you found out was not true. It had shaped your view of the world as a child and still may have a lingering impact on your current belief system.

The point is that there are other things that you may think are true, but are not. You have been told things all your life for a variety of reasons: to make you feel better, to be funny, to hurt you, because other people believed it was true, and for other noble and not so noble reasons. You made the choice whether to believe what was being told you. You weighed this information and decided whether it fit or not into your already existing belief system. You either rejected the idea straight out, accepted it as part of what you already believed, or it changed your belief system.

Beliefs are very powerful, and they do shape our reality. If you believe in something strong enough, it becomes real in your life. There is a universal law that states that likes attract like. If you believe in something strong enough it not only becomes your reality, it attracts similar things to your life.

Suppose you believe you are clumsy. Your parents said you were clumsy, your coach as school did and so did your friends. They told you that you were an accident waiting to happen. You thought this to be true. Your whole life you tripped over your shadow. Not only did you believe this, but you also created that reality and circumstances of being clumsy.

Examine your beliefs and draw back the veil. Well, Ill be. They seem to have repeatedly hypnotized me to trip myself up — all my life” well, Ill be! And, then” you dont have to be! Its all your belief.
