More Secrets Of Mindpower!
Posted by Kevin B Shine | Filed under 1
We only use an estimated amount of ten percent of our mindpower. One can only imagine the incredible things we would experience if we could access that ninety percent that we don’t currently use!
For a long time scientists thought that people with psychic powers, or extra sensory power could use these different parts of their mind. Whether they were born with these extra abilities of accessing this phenomenal mindpower, or they just managed to develop this power later on in life, nobody knows.
Through the process of quantum physics it is starting to be thought that the true nature or the link between real life and true nature is by what we think and what we experience in life.
After verification of the ancient religions there was a popular saying. They believed reality is just a product of your mind. When you change the way you think you also effect the way reality is at that time. Mindpower is thought to be the only reality.
There have been films about mindpower. ‘The Secret’ explains the theory of the law of attraction. Through the powerful mindpower a person can view life in a certain way and attract anything they want to into their life.
The theory of the law of attraction, concerns the entire universe and believes that everything people do creates a cause and has an effect. So no matter what you think about you can get! Learning to communicate though with your subconscious is a big part of this. You need to be able to tell it exactly what you want, or your mind will just believe that you have what you want. Scientifically this is known as a state of homeostasis.
Esp powers, telepathy, remote viewing, and precognition is controlled through the subconscious mind. This is also a reaction to the universe or what is known as universal consciousness to manifest your desires.
The way to develop your mindpower is through communicating through your subconscious mind. There are a number of ways that you can communicate with your subconscious mind. Affirmations, hypnosis, visualization, etc.
By repeating and upbeat, optimistic phrase several times a day to yourself is called an affirmation. Through daily affirmations yoursubconscious mind will start to understand the message.
If someone was low on self esteem, they could repeat to themselves positive affirmations about their self image in a positive way to help them raise their self esteem. This also works with getting rid of their bad habits. If they tell themselves several times a day that they don’t need a cigarette or whatever habit they wish to break, eventually they will believe it. The mind is a powerful tool.
Consistently repeating affirmations they really do work. They are able to communicate with the subconscious mind. How you program your subconscious through your affirmations, will make you behave differently so be careful cause your mind will eventually understand the message.
If you take it a step further and think a little differently. Realizing that whatever you want will change, not just behaviors that you don’t like, but anything and everything! This is the power of mindpower!
Visualizing what you want also has a positive effect to your life. The more you can visualize what you want, the more likely it will happen. Can you imagine getting everything in your dreams? Visualize it consistently and eventually you will have it.
Psychic powers, telepathy, and looking into the future can also be visualized and later attained. Exercising your mindpower will only make it that much more powerful!
Though hypnosis you can communicate with your subconscious mind and help to develop your mindpower. You can visit a professional hypnotist, or a hypnotherapist that will help you to get into a totally relaxed state and help you to get into your subconscious mind. Communicating subconsciously will help you to develop your mindpower. A trained hypnotist or hypnotherapist can help you put things into your subconscious mind which you will remember when you wake up.
A less expensive way to hypnotize yourself into that state, is self hypnotizing. That is when you listen to a recording of a hypnotherapist going through the steps they go through in their session. The great thing about self hypnotizing yourself is that you can do it on a consistent basis, and the more you do anything the more powerful it can become.
A new audio technology for brainwave entrainment called brainwave synchronization. Brainwave synchronization changes your brainwaves instantly to a different frequency. The result of this, can be many different things. A certain frequency can improve your memory, while another frequency may release endorphins that could heal or alleviate pain.
Different frequencies may help you to get into a state of meditation. Once in a sate of meditation you can very quickly communicate with your subconscious mind, to develop your mindpower.
Specific frequencies can stimulate a part of your body known as the chakra energy center. This chakra energy is in the center of your forehead where a third eye would be. That is why they call it the third eye chakra which is responsible for the psychic powers.
There is no need to develop these powers, they are inside you and just need to find a way out. People say mindpower is in you, but repressed and locked deep within your mind.
Developing mindpower actually comes down to unlocking all the powers and true potential that every human being already has.

Subconscious Mind Power - An Incredible Resource!
Posted by Ronald Bigley | Filed under Reference & Education
If you’ve ever seen the film Field of Dreams (or even if you haven’t), you’ve heard the phrase ‘if you build it, they will come’. Your subconscious mind power is what you want to build ” just think and what will come is anything you can envision.
You already have all of the power you need to change everything about your life for the better ” it’s inside of you; in your subconscious mind. In fact, your mind is much more powerful than you’ve probably ever imagined. It can heal you, help you to transcend the physical world and to make yourself feel the heights of elation or the depths of despair. If you could learn to control your subconscious mind power, you can do things you’ve only imagined.
It’s only natural if you’re skeptical about this idea, but before you reject this idea, think about the well known phenomena of the placebo effect. In clinical trials of medications, one group of participants are given the actual medication, the other a placebo. Both groups, however, are informed of the effects of the drug including any side effects which it may cause.
Subconscious mind power comes into play here and in many studies, both groups of participants will report almost exactly the same effects. Since both groups believe that they’re receiving the drug, their minds influence their bodies, making them feel the effects which they know the medication can produce.
This is why some physicians don’t mention the possible side effects of a medication when it is first prescribed to a patient. They are fully aware of the placebo effect and know that many patients may believe that they are suffering from these side effects, no matter how unlikely this may be.
You can access your subconscious mind power by using this power of suggestion. The placebo effect can be put to work to make positive changes in your life. When you can control the suggestions which are fed to your subconscious, your mind power becomes truly your own.
Using visualization techniques is one of the best ways of unlocking the potential of your subconscious mind power. It’s easy to do as well. All you need to do is to form a picture of your goal in your mind.
You can also use a method which many find to be very effective either in conjunction with visualization techniques or all by itself. This is to have a physical image of your goal around to remind you of it and to help you to focus your thoughts. Let’s say that you’d like a particular car. You can find a picture of this car or best of all, a photograph of yourself with this car. Keep the photo somewhere that you’ll see it every day. The more often you see the picture, the stronger of a focus you’ll be able to develop on this goal in your mind and the more of your subconscious mind power you can bring to bear on your objective.
There are those who have always known about these techniques and how effective subconscious mind power can be in shaping the world around you. However, a mounting body of scientific evidence is starting to point to the basis of this phenomenon in the laws of physics.
There is an idea which comes from quantum physics that says that matter isn’t set into a particular state unless or until there is an observer there to see it. It is already known that all matter is at its most basic essence pure energy ” and it seems that our subconscious mind power may be able to influence matter.
It seems that it may be less that we are made by the universe as that we make our universe. If this is true; and it is increasingly gaining mainstream scientific acceptance, subconscious mind power may have the capability to reshape the world around us.
Some religious traditions have long accepted the idea that it is our minds which actually control our world and science is starting to make connections which could eventually explain exactly how this phenomenon works. No matter what religious beliefs, if any that you hold yourself, you probably do believe in physics.
If you were able to harness your own subconscious mind power to change reality to your own ends, you’d certainly want to ” and you can, once you learn to communicate with your subconscious. Start by using visualization techniques and affirmations to focus your mind on your life goals. Start small; as you develop your subconscious mind power, you’ll be able to achieve ever greater things in your life.

Incredible Subconscious Mind Power
Posted by Graham J Milne | Filed under Reference & Education
If you’ve ever seen the old movie, “Field of Dreams,” you might remember the saying, “If you build it, they will come.” You have your own field of dreams, and that is your subconscious mind. In this case, “If you think it, it will come.”
See, the power to create the life of your dreams, to change the person you are, to change the way things are in your life is all in your mind. The power of the mind is a beautiful thing, honestly. The mind has the power to heal us, to transcend us to make us feel good or make us feel bad. The subconscious mind power that each of us have is enough to completely change the world if we all would only take control of that power.
If you’re skeptical, you’re not alone. However, give me a chance to show you with a few examples just how powerful your mind is. One of my favorite examples is actually from the medical field, and works on a scientific basis. It’s been documented time and time again, actually, and it’s called the “placebo effect.” The medical field has coined the term “placebo effect” to denote a specific type of effect. Oftentimes, for example, this term is used during medical trials. The control group is given a “placebo,” which is an inert substance that has no medical benefit whatsoever as a drug might give. It’s used as a counterpoint to the other group, which gets the actual medication. This is to clearly prove any benefit (or detriment) the drug itself might give. However, both groups are told what the medication is for and what it should do for them, and neither group knows which pill they’ve gotten; placebo or actual medication.
Most studies have shown at least some of what is called the “placebo effect.” That is, at least some of the people in the placebo group have shown “effects” from the “drug,” even though they’ve actually gotten a placebo. That is, their subconscious minds decided that they had gotten the drug and produced some of the same benefits and side effects as they were told the actual medication would give them. Simply, these patients believed they had gotten the medication, so their subconscious minds produced the medication’s effects to at least some degree.
Or, let’s take another example. Perhaps you’ve gone to the doctor to get a medication for something that’s wrong with you. You may have noticed that although a doctor will tell you what the side effects are, he or she will usually minimize them to at least some extent. That’s because it’s been shown that patients will often exaggerate the side effects in their own minds (or become the small percentage that actually experiences severe side effects), and actually begin to experience those side effects as a sort of “negative self-fulfilling prophecy.” Doctors don’t want that to happen, so although they are beholden by law to tell you what side effects are, they don’t exaggerate them specifically because they don’t want patients to create side effects.
So as you can see, the subconscious mind is incredibly powerful, and can produce powerful results, through both the power of the subconscious mind and the power of suggestion. And as it works in medicine, so, too, can it work in your life to create positive change. What’s preventing you from tapping into this most amazing power? You may want to use the power of suggestion to change the way your subconscious mind “talks to you.”
Others though use visualization to alter the way their mind sees things. Visualization is simple, and it works. Visualization can be done a couple of ways. First you close your eyes and visualize what it is you want, actually see it as if you are looking at a picture.
Another way to use your subconscious mind to change your reality is to actually find or create a physical picture. Let’s say, for example, that you want a specific kind of new car. Find a picture of that car in a magazine, or better yet, have a friend take a picture of you standing by that car. Hang that picture up where you can see it every day. The more you see it, the more you will imprint that vision of yourself with the car you want in your subconscious mind. And because your subconscious mind is so powerful, it will eventually make that become a reality.
The power of the subconscious mind is not newly discovered; many people have known about it for years, in fact, and use it to their advantage. However, until recently, it’s been a nebulous rather than scientifically proven fact. That’s changed with scientists’ discovery of the scientific process associated with the power of the subconscious mind.
Quantum physics has opened the door to “seeing” and observing this world at its essence. Subatomically, all matter is energy, and is not solid. And, quantum physics has also shown that this energy can be manipulated through thought. In fact, it has actually shown that energy cannot exist at all without being observed by someone.
If matter and energy exist only because they is observed, then, the mind is responsible for the matter’s existence, and not the opposite as has been thought previously. Therefore, matter (and subsequently, reality) is actually a creation of each of our minds. And this is subconscious mind power at its essence.
Ancient religions have known this for thousands of years, but modern science has finally jumped on board with this knowledge, too, since the advent of quantum physics. Therefore, no matter your spiritual mindset, you can’t deny that quantum physics proves the power of the mind.
So now, let’s go back to our original question. If you could change your life just by changing the way you think, would you? You can if you only harness the power of your subconscious mind. Use your subconscious mind to YOUR advantage, instead of letting it have control of you. Try it; spend the next week or so using visualization techniques or affirmations (or a combination of both) to get what you want. Start small so that you can get acclimated to this new power. Once you see that it works, change your life by changing the way you think;literally. Develop the power your subconscious mind, sit back, and watch what happens.

The Incredible Power Of The Mind
Posted by John H Wood | Filed under Self Improvement
In the ’80s, the United Negro College Fund ran a series of television and radio spots with the slogan ‘A mind is a terrible thing to waste.’ That slogan goes beyond getting minorities into colleges, and on to every day life. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have to create the life you want.
By now, we have heard of The Secret. Whether you are one of the millions that bought the book and watched the movie or not, you have to know that it all dealt with the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction, which everyone by now knows that the basis is you will attract what it is you think about, the main point is that your mind will manifest whatever you think about. What most people don’t realize is that this happens whether you actively make it happen or not.
Proof of this can be seen in scientific studies everywhere, in the medical world it is known as the Placebo Effect. There is an old adage that even evokes the sentiments, ‘Mind over matter.’ That means that if you don’t mind it doesn’t matter, and if you do mind then it will matter. Undoubtedly you have seen people ‘think’ themselves sick, and you have seen them ‘think’ themselves well. The power of the mind is incredible.
For example, how many times has your alarm gone off, or you had something happen that put you in a foul mood, and you’ve said ‘Oh, great. It’s going to be one of those days’, only to drag yourself into one bad experience after another, with each one compounding the ill will of the former? This is because the Law of Attraction and your own negative attitude are pulling bad experiences to you.
Correlation is not causation, though there are a lot of people who try to link the Law of Attraction to some quantum mechanical effect. Going too far down this line will make your head hurt, either from the quantum mechanics or from the way the terminology is being misused. Ultimately, this drives into solipsism if you look at it too deeply, and that’s not what the Law of Attraction is about.
Some of the more fringe scientific studies are trying to link this observer effect to thinks like remote viewing, telepathy, and other ’supernatural’ powers. An even greater extension is that everything we see, feel and hear; all of our sensory inputs, may well be something ’stitched together’ into a narrative by our minds. On the extreme end, this leads to solipsism, the belief that nothing is real until you observe it, and the question of ‘If a tree falls in the woods, and nobody’s around, does it make any sound?’
The Law of Attraction works whether you want it to or not. So focus on using it to change your life for the better. That means thinking carefully about your attitudes, planning ahead, and otherwise living a life of contemplation and consequence. We’re going to take a closer look at what that entails.
First you need to have a clear goal in mind. Make it a very clear goal, very precise. Don’t just make the goal having a lot of money, give that money an amount. Once you have that in mind you need to direct every mental action towards achieving the goal. Most importantly that direction needs to be constant, not occasional. This is difficult when you consider the fact that in any given amount of time you have 30 different thoughts racing through your head.
Some people are aware of the power of their mind; they focus on tasks, they set goals, they make lists, and they follow through them. You can see them; they’re the ones who always seem to have a plan and who always focus on what’s around them. Everything they do is aimed at furthering that goal, and with their mind and will ruling their passions, they have a palpable air of success. This success isn’t difficult to emulate; it’s very simple. It just requires clarity of purpose and focus.
Imagine completely altering your life by actively taking part in the influence your mind has on your reality. Say that you wanted a new house. You want that new house so much that it almost becomes an obsession. You think about it all the time, you have even planned the landscape and the color of the master bathroom. Everything you do has to do with getting that house. It could be improving your performance at work, clocking the commute from that new house to your job, looking at paint at the local Home Depot, reading up on how to get a good mortgage. You might even start buying a few small things for that new house.
And eventually, if you follow through, you will get everything you want. You’ll have a base of knowledge that you can use to further your career, and a foundation in how to learn independently to make your future endeavors more efficient. On top of that, you’ll have ample evidence that a positive attitude and setting goals can get you anywhere in life. All of your energy focused through the Law of Attraction can be quite potent.
It’s up to you to make your life. You can either sit passively by and let life happen to you, or you can grab it and direct it using the power of your mind. Work on small goals and build up to larger ones the same way small rocks can lead to a sturdy platform to see the world from. Don’t let anyone or anything stand in the way of the power of your mind with the Law of Attraction.

Subconscious Mind Secrets And Myths
Posted by Geoff Vincent | Filed under Self Improvement
Let’s face it; practically everyone in the world today is aware of the fact that they have a subconscious mind. In fact, when things go wrong in our lives, many people immediately place the blame on their subconscious mind. Unfortunately however, not many people seem to realize just how powerful the subconscious mind can be, and that it can be your best friend or your worst enemy, in that it is your subconscious mind which ultimately controls the way in which you live your life. Perhaps you are wondering what exactly is a subconscious mind, and why it’s essential for people to pay close attention to what the subconscious mind is thinking?
Even though many professionals insist on arguing the point, the human race has by all accounts acknowledged the fact that the subconscious mind does indeed exist. Basically, the subconscious mind is like a mind within your mind. It is the part of you which controls and directs your actions and also your thoughts. It’s that little voice in the back of your head that you always hear when you’re faced with a difficult situation. The way in which a person’s subconscious mind communicates with them differs from one person to the next, meaning that no two people have the same type of subconscious mind. Even if you have an identical twin and you were both raised in the same environment, under the same conditions, you will both have a different inner voice.
Contrary to what you may believe, you have also heard your subconscious mind speaking to you in the past. For example, if you’ve ever been on the verge of making a monumental decision and a voice inside your head managed to speak you out of it, then that was your inner mind talking. Obviously we all want our inner mind to talk us out of doing dangerous things but unfortunately it sometimes manages to convince us that we cannot do something even though we actually can. As such, your subconscious mind is basically what you think of yourself deep down, and if left unchecked, it can have disastrous consequences.
Of course, if those thoughts which come from deep within are negative, then there’s not much chance that you will ever be able to enjoy the type of life you long for. On a more positive note; it is possible to change the way a subconscious mind thinks, and in so doing, you can successfully changed the way you live your life so that you can enjoy it to the fullest.
For example, many people firmly believe in the power of affirmations in order to change the way they think. These are essentially statements of a positive nature which one can repeat to oneself several times throughout the course of each day. The beauty of this is that there’s no need to spend vast amounts of money, simply because you can do it all by yourself, at home or even at work. Just take a moment to think about what aspect of your life you’d like to change, and then start thinking about yourself.
If you would like to stop smoking for example, then instead of thinking that you cannot kick the habit, you should rather be thinking how good it feels to be a non smoker. You should write this down on a piece of paper so that you can carry it around with you and read it to yourself whenever the need arises. You could of course also place a copy of it on the mirror, next to your bed, and even next to the toilet, so that you see the message as often as possible during any given day. Your goal should be to repeat this message to yourself as many times as possible each day until such time that your subconscious mind realizes that this is what you are wanting it to think.
In this example, you will soon start becoming fit, but if you used affirmations for some other purpose such as to make money, then you’ll also discover your bank account will soon begin improving.
In case you’re wondering if your subconscious mind really does have an impact on your life, let’s look at the following scenario. You have an important meeting in the morning but unfortunately you forget to set your alarm. You wake up late and immediately begin panicking, and as a result, you soon start believing that the day is not going to go your way. To make matters worse, when you get into your car, you discover the battery is flat and that the car won’t start. After getting someone to help you, you set off on your way but you end up getting caught in the traffic. Even when you do eventually make it to the meeting, everything seems to go wrong. By now you firmly believe that your day cannot get any worse than it’s already is but the bad news is that it continues throughout the rest of the day.
Of course the vast majority of people will blame this all on coincidence, but believe me, there is no such thing as coincidence. In fact there’s a reason for everything that happens, and when you have this sort of day the reason is usually your subconscious mind.
Many people have already tried to explain this phenomenon in scientific terms, as can be seen in books like ‘The Secret’. Even though it has proven to be extremely difficult to explain, this phenomenon has however become known as the ‘Law of Attraction’. This law states that a person’s subconscious mind actually creates reality rather than only influencing it.
Even though this may sound rather crazy, the fact of the matter is that it is in agreement with quantum physics. In fact, it has even been proven at a subatomic level, in that matter is intrinsically linked to the mind of the observer. Interestingly enough, many ancient religions have been trying to tell us of this ever since man can remember.
Essentially, if we can create our own reality by using our subconscious mind, then we can in essence choose what kind of reality we wish to experience. It is also worth noting that some of the most influential people in the world throughout the course of history have come to realize this as being fact, and as a result, they were able to accumulate great wealth simply by taking advantage of the power of affirmations.

Understand How Incredible Your Own Mind Power Is
Posted by Charlie Walbank | Filed under Reference & Education
You probably didn’t know it, but your mind is actually far more powerful than you think. Like a magnet, what it sees and thinks it will eventually bring to itself. This is something called the ‘Law of Attraction’. What the law of attraction basically states is that if you believe something, it’s going to happen. If you want a better life than the one you have now, you have to be able to envision it, feel it, ‘be in it’ in your mind’s eye, and think about it as though it were really happening. Eventually, it will. It’s going to take some practice, likely, but if you persist, you will succeed. Truly, your mind is very powerful and an absolutely amazing instrument of creation.
Every one of us is born with this mind power, but most of us don’t believe that it can actually help us or even that it exists. It’s been proven, for example, that humans only use about 10% of their current brain capacity for power; now, think about that for a second. That’s crazy, but it’s probably true. Most of us just stick with the ‘tried-and-true,’ and never try to break out or our comfort zones. And what that can mean is that we have trouble in life that we simply think ‘just is.’ We think negatively because we don’t think that what we want can truly be ours. So basically, we begin to think that the negative circumstances we now attract are simply all there is. However, if we only understood that we’re attracting what we’re experiencing, we would see our own thoughts happening before our eyes.
First, understand that ‘reality’ is within your mind. Whatever you’ve got to this point has been because of your mind’s power. A lot of people think that everyone has extra sensory or psychic powers. But you have to make an effort for these powers to come out. Your mind power is real; just choose to use it. If you want something in life, you have to think it and believe it’s going to be true. However, if you think the worst is going to happen - well, it probably will.
I can hear you asking, ‘But what can I do to change things?’ And the fact is, you can begin to increase your mind’s power by doing several things. First of all, do something called visualization. This very powerful technique can help you focus and develop your current mind power state, so that you can literally ‘flip the switch’ and learn how to use it; and learn how to increase it, too.
Visualizing simply means that you sit down and think of images and pictures inside your head, of things that you want. These images can eventually be brought to life in reality, but first you have to start with yourself and ultimately, your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is more powerful than anything else, in that it can really bring your visualizations to life like nothing else. The images in your mind have to be positive because that’s the only way they can get to you. You need to think about how you want your life to be before you try to do this, though.
It may be a help to you if you write everything down on a piece of paper, either in bullet format where you simply list the things you want to achieve, or by creating a story whereby you are the central player, living your best life. What goals do you have for yourself? Write those down so that you have something to shoot for. Then, create visions around those goals. When you write things down, it makes it hard to forget what you’ve visualized and it also helps cement them in your subconscious mind as well.
You can also use affirmations to increase your mind power. Affirmations are simply little, encouraging positive sayings that you can save yourself throughout the day. It can be about anything. For example, if you want to lose 10 pounds, you can say something to the effect of, ‘I’m losing the extra weight effortlessly and easily.’ As you continue to say this, you may notice that truly, the weight is actually coming off pretty easily. It’ll just naturally start to happen. And it doesn’t matter if it’s something you’re not used to it first. If you do it for 28 days, you’ll notice that it’ll start to become a habit.
You can also use a technique called ‘brainwave entrainment’ to develop more mind power. This is just brainwave synchronization using different frequencies through audio technology. With this type of technology, your body has the ability to do several things. One of them is such a body can actually heal itself this way. You can make this even more powerful with this type of advanced technology in audio format. Other things you can do will enhance your memory and bring to the fore any existing psychic powers you already have. These different frequencies can do a lot to unearth your mind power. This type of procedure is pretty advanced, but it does work.
Hypnosis, too, can be used to tap into your subconscious mind. For example, hypnosis has worked wonders for those who want to quit smoking. These people simply are able to go into a session whereby they use the services of a trained hypnotist, and then they are slowly led to the suggestion that they don’t want to smoke anymore, that it tastes bad, it’s not something they desire, and so on. After several sessions, many smokers do indeed quit and they don’t have the desire to do so anymore. It’s pretty simple; they simply got someone who was trained in hypnosis to lead them through the mental blocks they had toward smoking, so that they could tap into their subconscious minds and ultimately quit.
Again, literally everyone has this power, the power of the mind. It’s a matter of believing in your abilities and then working on developing them. Again, this isn’t likely to happen overnight, but it will happen if you stay focused. You can have the life you want. You can change your circumstances from bad to good, or your luck from bad to good. As you work on developing your mind power, you can then train it out into the universe for good, so that what you put out will manifest back to you in the positive, and is what you desire. It all starts with your own mind’s power. How powerful is yours?
