We all know better now than to jump on any fad diet bad wagon, but when the Weigh Down Diet has been going for over a decade and has helped hundreds of thousands of people it is impossible to ignore it. On first impressions this can be quite confusing. How is Jesus going to make me thin? How can this succeed where all else has failed? These are just a couple of questions that ran through my mind when I first came across this diet. But on deeper inspection I realized that the diet does not boast that it can shift however many pounds in however many days, it testimonial is saying that it can help you with the root of your problem.

Comfort eating has been a problem for years and years and could possible be the main reason why many overweight people just can not lose any fat. They try and try with any diet they come across, but end up in a more depressive hole than when they started when they do not see any quick fix results. Then the eating will start and the cycle starts again.

A person could be comfort eating for any personal reason, maybe they have just come out of a relationship, or a pet has just died. The fact is, everyone goes through times in there life where a hurt and needy heart wants to be feed, but using food to cure this is just the wrong thing to do.

What if you asked yourself questions why you do overeat, how you have got to the point where food is the substance controlling your existence. Even people who are slim can relate to times where food has played a big role in their lives.

At last though, a weight loss program that is aimed at tackling the source of obesity and not just the focusing on the cure. Although there is a very strong emphasis on religion, you do not have to be religious to understand what this program is explaining. Which is, replace the need in your heart with love in your heart. In other words, feel fulfilled and you will never have to overeat to fulfill your heart again.

By stopping eating your meals when you are satisfied and having the strength to stop, you will be losing fat and curing the cures to your old eating habits.
